The power module of a variable frequency power supply is a device that generates a significant amount of heat. The heat produced during continuous operation must be expelled promptly; typically, the lifespan of a fan is around 10Kh to 40Kh. This translates to replacing the fan every 2 to 3 years for continuous operation of the variable frequency power supply. There are two-wire and three-wire direct cooling fans. The two-wire fan has one positive and one negative wire; be careful not to connect them incorrectly when replacing. The three-wire fan, in addition to the positive and negative poles, has a detection wire. Be extremely cautious when replacing it, as it can trigger an overheating alarm for the variable frequency power supply. AC fans usually come in 220V and 380V versions; ensure you do not mix up the voltage ratings when replacing them.
