Installation
According to the manufacturer's operating instructions, cables with a configuration exceeding the rated input current of the power supply should be connected to the corresponding markings on the DC power supply equipment, plugged into the main power; featuring two wiring terminals, typically labeled “+” and “-”, as well as communication interfaces.
Environment
Ensure power supply environments are generally protected against water, moisture, and dust, and avoid electromagnetic interference.

Note Load Equipment Control
Load equipment is one of the more important devices during the use of DC power sources. During machine operation, if the load equipment experiences unbalanced voltage due to phase connection in light load conditions, it can affect the voltage regulation performance of high-power power sources. Therefore, it is essential to monitor the voltage of the load equipment when using high-power DC power sources. In the event of a protection trigger due to load short circuit or overload, the load should first be disconnected, then press the "Reset" button. Alternatively, you can restart the power source, which will restore normal voltage operation. After troubleshooting, reconnect the load.
Four: Pay attention to power supply temperature
Typical DC power supplies come with over-temperature alarms and protective features. Any power supply generates heat during use, and prolonged exposure to high temperatures can significantly impact machine performance. Therefore, when using a DC stabilized power supply, it's important to also cool the machine. The method is simple: just monitor the machine's temperature readings during extended periods of continuous operation. If the temperature is below the actual voltage value, the machine can continue to be used. Otherwise, the machine should be shut down to cool down.
Regular Inspections
Regularly inspect for blockages in the power supply ventilation fans and ensure the area around the power supply is unobstructed.
