The 36V aviation power plug, as a specialized electronic and electrical product for specific professions, has its own classification standards, just like other products. The naming and classification differ depending on the angle. What are the classifications of the 36V aviation power plug?

One: Aviation connectors are categorized by their appearance and installation methods:

Aerospace connectors can be categorized based on their外形 structure features into round aerospace connectors, rectangular aerospace connectors, straight aerospace connectors, bent aerospace connectors, and Type 1 aerospace connectors, among others. They can also be classified according to their installation methods, including cable aerospace connectors, panel-style aerospace connectors, and wall-through aerospace connectors.

Special aviation connectors with unique structures, tailored to specific requirements.

Special structural aviation connectors include plug-and-pull aviation connectors, rubber aviation connectors, rotating aviation connectors, disconnect-and-detachable aviation connectors, and fiber optic aviation connectors, among others.

III. Aerial connectors are categorized according to electrical requirements:

Aircraft connectors can be categorized based on their electrical requirements into general-purpose aircraft connectors, high-power aircraft connectors, high-voltage aircraft connectors, pulse aircraft connectors, low-noise aircraft connectors, anti-interference filter aircraft connectors, phase-modulated aircraft connectors, and precision coaxial aircraft connectors, among others.

Four: Aviation connectors classified by environmental conditions:

36V aviation power connectors can be categorized according to their working environmental conditions, including sealed aviation connectors, radiation-resistant aviation connectors, high-temperature aviation connectors, and low-temperature aviation connectors, etc.

Section V: Different Categories of Aviation Connectors Based on Working Frequencies

1. Low-frequency aviation connectors. Typically referring to aviation connectors that transmit signal frequencies below 100MHz, these connectors have a wide range of transmission currents and are usually multi-wire in structure (up to several hundred wires), including:

Cable aviation connectors. These aviation connectors terminate multi-strand cables or shielded cables, as well as solid wires, and are composed of free-end aviation connectors paired with free-end mating aviation connectors or fixed aviation connectors.

b. Cabinet Airline Connectors. Comprising two mating fixed airline connectors. They are respectively installed on the system's frame and unit components, achieving connection and disconnection through the linear reciprocating movement of the unit components.

c. Avionics-style connectors for audio equipment. This category of avionics connectors includes a variety of types and varieties, such as circular avionics connectors of the YS1 type used in audio equipment, coaxial connectors, plug and socket, etc.

d. Aviation connectors are used for household appliances. These connectors are primarily employed in home appliances such as black and white televisions, color televisions, and similar structured equipment.

e. Aviation-style connectors for office equipment. These connectors are primarily used in devices such as copiers, bilingual computer printers, and microprocessors.

f. Power aviation connectors for electronic and electrical equipment.

g. Environmental-resistant aviation connectors.

Specialized aviation connectors.

2. High-frequency aviation connectors. Typically refer to aviation connectors used in circuits with operating frequencies above 100MHz. These 36V aviation power connectors must consider issues such as leakage and reflection of high-frequency electric fields in their design. Since they usually connect coaxial cables with coaxial structures, they are also commonly referred to as coaxial aviation connectors.

3. Mixed-frequency high and low voltage aviation connectors. Typically refers to aviation connectors that incorporate both low and high voltage contact pairs.
