The 27V DC power supply/distributed DC power unit utilizes high-frequency power technology, and the battery is maintained with an automatic charging management module, significantly extending the battery's lifespan and ensuring safer and more reliable operation. The unit is equipped with communication and alarm functions, allowing for convenient remote automated management without the need for on-site staff.

(1) Conversion of energy in devices

In the presence of external power, distributed power supplies energy for battery charging while simultaneously providing power to long-term running loads; during energy storage and switching operations, a greater demand for load energy is supplied by the batteries.

During input power failure, the battery supplies all the energy to the output.

(2) Automated Management

The distributed power supply utilizes a single-chip microcontroller for intelligent charging and discharging management of the battery, featuring timed automatic equalization charging and automatic shift to float charging. It performs self-inspection of the device at any time, provides an in-built buzzer alarm and external alarm signal output, and can communicate with the host computer. Suitable for both attended and unattended power distribution systems.

The distributed power generation automatic detection device internally monitors temperature. Upon detecting excessive internal temperature, it automatically activates the fan for cooling to protect internal components. Once the temperature drops, the fan automatically shuts off, reducing power consumption.

Signal Output

The distributed power supply features a normally closed relay output interface. When the device is powered on, the signal output is synchronized with the internal buzzer alarm signal. If the entire device is without power, such as when the device is damaged or the AC input switch is turned off, the alarm signal will be activated. Users can add a silencing circuit to the signal output loop.

Alert Function

The distributed power supply is equipped with an internal buzzer that emits an alarm signal in the following situations:

When the distributed power source experiences an unexpected power outage or insufficient input power, the device will issue an alarm after a few seconds to alert the user of an AC power failure. The alarm signal can be reset by pressing the "Cycle/Stop" button, or it will automatically reset when the AC input power is restored.

If the battery voltage falls below a certain level, the device will emit an alarm signal, notifying the user of low battery voltage. The alarm signal can be reset by pressing the "Cycle/Stop" button, or it will automatically disappear after charging the battery to a level above the alarm point when AC input is normal; after a certain period of low battery voltage, the entire device (including DC output) will be shut down to prevent over-discharge of the battery. However, the buzzer and alarm light will continue to alarm, and the dry contact will provide an alarm signal. The ZXT power supply unit will automatically resume operation after the power is restored.

When a short circuit occurs in the load, or the load is too heavy, or the device itself malfunctions, an alarm will be triggered. This signal is non-recoverable, indicating to the user to shut down the device for load circuit inspection. If there is no short circuit in the load circuit or the load power is too high, it may indicate a malfunction of the device itself.
