Load boxes are typically made of stainless steel alloy material unless special requirements are specified. They can be set to the appropriate electrical power according to the user's needs. They also test various motor performance, including efficiency, load capacity, power surges, load adaptability, and temperature, and offer excellent safety features. They are equipped with overloading and short-circuit self-maintenance functions, which can promptly adopt shutdown measures to protect the equipment from damage in case of abnormal phenomena.

The internal system features a memory storage module, capable of promptly processing and saving test data during use. It can be remotely controlled via a panel or a microcomputer cabinet, and is equipped with multiple communication interfaces for transmitting load box data and other operations.

The load box wiring principle involves field calibration of the load box voltage transformer according to the wiring diagram, connecting it to the secondary terminals a and x of the voltage transformer under test. The grounding point of the load box must be reliably grounded. Adjust the load box to the actual secondary load of the current transformer under test. Select the power factor positions of 0.8 and 1.0. Short-circuit and ground the secondary circuit of the voltage transformer. Ensure that the secondary winding of the voltage transformer has only one maintenance grounding point during the operation. The experimental wiring must be correct, and the secondary winding under test and other secondary windings must not be short-circuited. The inspection work must be meticulous, with double-checking and familiarity with the performance of the testing equipment and methods. Therefore, we must strictly follow the work sheets and maintain all sections of the load box.
