The aircraft can only provide a 5.6kW output. Through simple calculation, to achieve a peak current of 600A and a 500,000 A·m magnetic moment, the instantaneous power supply capability of the aircraft's power source must be at least 28.8kW. Under the condition of maintaining the average power unchanged, increase the instantaneous discharge capability of the power source. 36V aviation power supply module pin function description:
+IN and -IN: Power input, usually wide voltage input (considering aircraft power supply at 28V, choose the 18~36V series).
PC: Enable switch. Module enables when the PC is open circuit or the voltage difference between PC and -IN exceeds 2.4V; module disables if the external control circuit causes the voltage difference between PC and -IN to be less than 2.4V.
PR: Parallel Synchronous Bus. It can synchronize the high-frequency switching signals of parallel modules, ensuring equal current distribution among all modules. The PR serves as a bidirectional port, acting as a master module to output synchronized signals to each slave module; as a slave module, it receives the master module's synchronized signals as switching signals.
+OUT and -OUT: Power Output Terminals
+S and -S: Positive and Negative Output Power Reference Terminals
SC: Output voltage control terminal. Internally, it uses a resistor voltage divider to step down the reference power supply, generating an error signal. By connecting a potentiometer RD to the -S of SC and adjusting the size of RD, the output voltage can be controlled.
