In terms of working principle, 400Hz power sources and medium-frequency power sources also differ significantly from standard heating power sources. With advantages such as fast heating and even distribution, medium-frequency power sources have a wide range of applications.

The mid-frequency power supply equipment features continuous and timing power modes, which can be freely set according to operational requirements. Before each startup of the inverter, the microprocessor automatically checks the equipment's status. In case of any conditions unsuitable for startup, the inverter will automatically display the fault point and lock the inverter to prevent unnecessary losses. Maintenance is convenient, operation is simple, and a backup board is provided for immediate replacement of the faulty board without affecting production. Spare components are readily available to customers. The control buttons are minimal, with a multitude of display instruments and an aesthetically pleasing panel.

The traditional cooling method for medium-frequency power supplies is the use of open-air water pools, which has the drawback of internal scaling within the power supply, low efficiency, and equipment damage. The cooler achieves both internal and external circulation cooling, with the internal loop using softened water, thus solving the issue of scaling in medium-frequency power supplies.

Medium Frequency Power Supply Applications: This cooling equipment is one of the new devices in the heating and cooling field, featuring compact structure, small footprint, high heat transfer efficiency, and easy operation and maintenance. It also has the capability to handle small temperature differences. As an energy-saving product, plate-type coolers have been widely used in various industrial sectors such as mining, metallurgy, petroleum, chemicals, machinery, electricity, food, light industry, papermaking, shipping, and ocean development.

Mid-frequency power supplies currently all utilize parallel resonance inverter structures. Therefore, while researching and developing larger capacity parallel inverter mid-frequency power supplies, it is a problem yet to be solved in the domestic mid-frequency induction heating equipment field to develop a simple and easy-to-frequently start-up series inverter mid-frequency power supply. This is especially true in melting and casting applications, where series inverter power supplies can easily achieve constant power output under all operating conditions and multi-load power distribution control, making them worthy of wider application.
