The 28V DC voltage stabilizer is a device that converts 220V or 380V AC power into a stable DC voltage output. It must go through four stages: conversion, rectification, filtering, and voltage stabilization. Below are the working principles of the four links:
Transformer: Converts the system's 220V or 380V AC voltage to the required AC voltage for the rectifier circuit via a step-down transformer. The transformer's turns ratio is determined by the secondary voltage. Transformers, the Transformers.
(2) Rectifier and Filtering Circuit: The rectifier circuit converts the alternating current voltage Ui into a pulsating direct current voltage. Subsequently, the filtering circuit removes the larger ripple components, outputting a direct current voltage U1 with reduced ripples. Common rectifier and filtering circuits include full-wave rectifier filtering and bridge rectifier filtering, etc.28V DC Power Supply4,28V DC Constant Voltage Power Supply4,28V Aviation Power Supply2,28.5V DC Power Supply2,7-HK-182 Avionics Battery
(3) Filtering Circuit: By filtering out most of the alternating current components from the output voltage of the rectifier circuit, a relatively smooth direct current voltage can be obtained. Each filtering capacitor C satisfies RL-C = (3~5)T/Ω. For a 2 or medium T input AC signal cycle, RL is the equivalent load resistance of the rectifier and filtering circuit.
(4) Voltage Stabilization Circuit: The function of the voltage stabilization circuit is to maintain a stable output of direct current voltage, unaffected by fluctuations in the alternating current power grid voltage and load changes.
