Three-phase (single-phase) AC input is rectified and filtered through an AC-DC converter, utilizing a high-frequency DC-DC conversion circuit composed of insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBT) or MOSFETs. After high-frequency (approximately 10-40kHz) conversion and regulation, it is then efficiently rectified and filtered to convert into a direct current power supply suitable for user requirements.
The control system employs fully digital DSP control, integrating multiple functions such as auxiliary power circuit, input/output sampling circuit, PWM generation, communication interface circuit, and protection circuit. It boasts high control accuracy and stability, rapid response speed, excellent anti-interference performance, comprehensive protection system, and rich communication interfaces.
