Power supply connection.

2. Power on the device, and with no load connected, press the main power switch, followed by turning on the DC output switch to enable normal operation. At this point, the power's digital indicator will display the current working voltage and output current.

Set the output voltage. Adjust the voltage setting knob to display the target voltage on the digital voltmeter, thereby completing the voltage setup. For power supplies with adjustable current limiting, there are two separate adjustment systems for voltage and current regulation. Be clear when adjusting; typically, potentiometers used to adjust voltage are labeled "VOLTAGE," while those for adjusting current are marked "CURRENT." Many entry-level products use low-cost coarse/fine dual knobs for setting. When encountering dual adjustment knobs, first turn the fine adjustment knob to the center position, then set the approximate voltage using the coarse adjustment knob, and finally, use the fine adjustment knob to make the correct correction.

4. Set the current. Hold down the "Limit" button on the power panel, and the ammeter will display the current value. Adjust the current knob to reach the predetermined level. Generally, the current limit can be set to 120% of the common high current. Some power supplies do not have a dedicated current limit adjustment button; users must short-circuit the output terminals according to the manual and adjust the current limit level by matching the short-circuit current with the current limit knob. Simple adjustable voltage regulators do not have a current setting function or corresponding knob.28V DC Power Supply4,28V DC Regulated Power Supply4,28V Aeronautical Power Supply2,28.5V DC Power Supply2,7-HK-182 Avionics Battery

5. Set Overvoltage Protection (OVP). Overvoltage setting refers to setting an upper limit voltage within the adjustable voltage range of the power supply to prevent the output voltage from becoming too high due to misoperation. Generally, overvoltage can be set to 120% of the normal high operating voltage. To set the overvoltage, a flat-head screwdriver is required to adjust the recessed potentiometer on the control panel, which is also a design to prevent accidental movements. When setting the OVP voltage, first adjust the power supply working voltage to the target overvoltage point, then slowly adjust the OVP potentiometer until the power supply protection engages, indicating that the OVP is set. Afterward, turn off the power supply, lower the operating voltage, and it will operate normally. Refer to step three in the text for setting the operating voltage. Different power supplies have different OVP settings.

6. Communication interface parameter settings and remote operation setup. For local control panel operations, remote operation should be disabled. The communication interface must be set according to communication requirements, while local applications do not require any settings.
