In the current domestic market, the micro electro-hydraulic push rods are just taking off and require significant improvements. For instance, many micro electro-hydraulic push rods are still mechanically controlled, while foreign electronic touch control products are already mature. Additionally, the power supply mode still uses the primitive regulated power supply, which is not as advanced as some manufacturers that adopt battery-powered solutions. With society's rapid development and the intense competition, everyone knows the simple truth of "survival of the fittest." Therefore, we can only achieve corporate progress and development through continuous improvement and efforts.

Our company's electro-hydraulic push rod is powered by an electric motor. As the motor rotates forward, it drives the hydraulic oil to be outputted under pressure through a bidirectional gear pump. The oil then travels through an integrated oil circuit block to the working cylinder, enabling the reciprocating movement of the piston rod. During operation, if the external force on the piston rod exceeds the rated output force or the piston reaches the end position, the motor continues to rotate. At this point, the oil pressure in the circuit increases to the set pressure, and the overflow valve quickly and accurately releases the excess pressure, thereby providing automatic overload protection.

The motor rotates, yet it will never burn out. The oil path of the electro-hydraulic push rod is integrated with a pressure locking mechanism. Once the motor stops rotating, the piston rod immediately remains at a specific position, with the pressure oil remaining under pressure. Depending on the installation space on-site and the user's operation, the electro-hydraulic push rod can have various structural forms; see the dimensions of the wave push rod for specifics. Custom styles can also be ordered according to user requirements. The motor drives a bidirectional hydraulic pump in both directions to output pressure oil, which is then sent to the cylinder via a hydraulic control valve, also enabling the reciprocating motion of the piston rod.
