Under the premise of meeting design requirements, we strive to make the hydraulic cylinder structure simple and compact, with small dimensions. We mainly use standard forms and components to facilitate design, manufacturing, assembly, adjustment, and maintenance.
(2) The piston should be designed to work under tension to avoid longitudinal bending.
When determining the fixed form of the hydraulic cylinder on the machine, the elongation issue of the cylinder body after heating must be considered.
(4) When the hydraulic cylinder is particularly long, precautions should be taken to prevent the piston rod from experiencing excessive sag due to its own weight, which can exacerbate localized wear.
Avoid using hoses to connect whenever possible.
After completing the structural design of the hydraulic cylinder, a calculation of its strength and stability should be performed.
