Powder processing of PE raw materials. The PE granules need to be ground into powder.

2. After the powder is placed into the mold, it undergoes even heating and continuous rolling of the mold. As no internal stress is generated, the product forms uniformly on the mold surface. The product quality and structure are more stable.

3. Molding Cooling. Cooling is a lengthy process, and to ensure the excellent performance of the product, the rotational molding machine continues to rotate the mold along both vertical axes until it is "fully cooled" (the material loses its fluidity).
