Carbon black plastic drumAntioxidant storage tanks exhibit excellent corrosion resistance to non-oxidizing acids (such as hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid), dilute nitric acid, alkalis, and salt solutions, but are susceptible to corrosion from concentrated nitric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid, and other strong oxidizing agents. Generally, they have good corrosion resistance to organic solvents at room temperature, with high-density products offering improved resistance. However, some solvents can cause swelling, and under external or internal stresses, some volatile liquids or vapors can induce stress corrosion cracking. Carbon black plastic tanks; no stabilizers or reinforcing agents are required in the antioxidant storage tank products. However, when exposed to outdoor atmospheres, adding 2% carbon black can enhance resistance to ultraviolet radiation.

Carbon black plastic drumOur antioxidant storage tanks are made of Sinopec Qilu Petrochemical's LLDPE linear polyethylene material, all brand new and without recycled materials, ensuring product quality and long service life. The tank's flexibility and strength are considered in the formulation, enhancing the product's physical weather resistance. We conduct a series of salt performance tests, including leakage, drop, hydraulic testing, and stacking tests, on our company's testing equipment. The feeding ports, discharge ports, level gauge ports, and flanges on the PE plastic storage tank body are all formed in one piece without welding, eliminating the need for additional feeding and discharge ports. When handling acidic or alkaline substances, acid-resistant and alkaline-resistant gaskets are required. For organic substances, gaskets made of rubber that is not easily soluble should be used. Polyethylene plastic storage tanks are cold-resistant, frost-resistant, moisture-proof, gas-proof, and have excellent insulation properties, and are not easily damaged, with twice the strength of LDPE.
