Water Washed Tanks, Corrosion-Resistant Storage Tanks

Water Washed Drum Product Features: 

1. Material: There are two series. A: All Plastic: Made entirely of modified polyethylene. B: Steel Lined Plastic: The outer shell is coated with a tightly bonded steel tank (with a steel mesh welded to the steel plate, and the steel mesh is then fully cast into the polyethylene.)

2. Process: The rotational molding process uses a mold for one-time overall molding. The entire structure (including the flanges of the inlet and outlet) is seamless and leak-proof. The exterior is smooth and attractive, with an interior surface that is also smooth for easy cleaning.

3. The material has excellent toughness. It can withstand external impacts well (can be struck with a large hammer without breaking), which is a significant advantage compared to ceramic, fiberglass, and enamel products that are prone to breakage and cracking upon impact.

4. Materials are non-toxic and meet food hygiene standards. Suitable for food production and storage transportation.

5. Lightweight, reducing transportation costs.

6. Excellent corrosion resistance over a wide range of media. Resistant to sulfuric acid and dilute nitric acid, any concentration of hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, amines, hydrogen peroxide, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, and solutions of these salts. Can withstand a variety of alkaline solutions and 50% sulfuric acid, 40% nitric acid at temperatures below 60 degrees Celsius. Specific media and concentrations available upon request.

7. Application Scope: Chemicals, oil, dyeing and printing, dye chemicals, papermaking, power plants, food, pesticides, metallurgy, metal surface treatment, electronics, and other industries. Used for the storage and transportation of corrosive media such as acids, bases, and salts; absorption and treatment of exhaust gases; and chemical material reactions.
