Process Description of Acid and Alkali Waste Tank

(1) Easy to Process: The molding process exerts minimal force on the raw material, which is only subjected to gravity and centrifugal force. Therefore, materials that are easy to process are more suitable for the production of rotational molding containers.

(2) Uniformly Fine Grains: During the rotational molding process, the raw materials of the product are melted and then evenly coated on the inner wall of the mold through rotation. Therefore, the grains of the raw materials need to be uniform and small to facilitate melting after being injected into the mold.

(3) Drying: The fundamental requirement for raw materials in rotational molding is dryness. Moisture in the raw materials can lead to bubbles and dents in the final product, affecting its quality.
