Malic acid storage tanks are mold rotomolded products, formally known as thermoplastic plastic rotational molding technology, with rotomolding being the common name for this technique. The basic processing process is quite simple; it involves placing powdered polyethylene into a mold, heating it while rotating around two vertical axes.(Precession and nutation), then cool. Initially during the heating phase, a porous layer forms on the mold surface, which gradually melts during the cycle, ultimately forming a uniform thickness homogeneous layer; the mold is then transferred to the cooling zone, cooled by forced ventilation or water spray, and the product is demolded and removed.
