Description of the function of the spiral conveyor center hanging shaft: The center hanging shaft of the spiral conveyor is installed on the connecting shaft between the two spiral shafts, including the bearing seat. The bearing seat is externally mounted with a hanger fixed to the conveyor cylinder, and internally with oil seals installed at both ends of the bearing. The bearing seat's interior has bearing caps on both sides of the bearings. The installation position has lubrication holes connected to the bearing seat, equipped with an oil injection device. The good sealing ensures that after the center hanging shaft is inserted into the spiral conveyor, butter needs to be injected between the bearing and the hanger sleeve through the butter injection nozzle and oil filling tube. The purpose of oiling the hanger assembly is for lubrication, effectively preventing dry friction between the bearings on the center hanging shaft and the hanger sleeve, thereby extending the service life of both the hanger sleeve and the bearing.
