The CDX magnetic particle tester uses可控硅as a contactless switch, featuring low noise, long life, stable operation, and high reliability. The whole machine is designed with a small size, light weight, and easy to carry. The AC magnet yoke with a non-articulated probe can magnetize the workpiece independently. When inspecting non-standard workpieces, an articulating joint can be added for flexible magnetic particle testing. When using a rotating magnetic field probe, it can freely move over the surface of the inspected workpiece for continuous testing, displaying defects in one go. Magnetic clamp probes (also known as horseshoe probes) can be used for inspecting welds like straight welds, corner welds, ring welds, and special-shaped components. For displaying circumferential cracks on the workpiece, a ring probe can be used for testing. The instrument also comes with a lighting interface for certain A-type and E-type probes. Applications include steel structures, shipbuilding, metal processing, pressure pipelines, industrial equipment, petrochemicals, pressure vessels, and power equipment.
