Technical Specifications
(1) Equipment power900W (max); the air compressor is 750W.
(2) Pump Working Pressure:0.5 MPa (max). Actual foaming pressure is lower than this value.
(3) Compressor Pressure: Same as pump, determined by pipeline resistance during foaming. As an external gas source, a pressure of0.8MPa(max)。
(4) Pump Suction Head:1m. Do not place the bottom of this unit above the foam liquid surface by more than 1m.
Common blowing agent water ratio
1. Plant-based foaming agents for cement foaming, see the table below:

This ratio is400 kg/cubic meter cement density reference value.
Foaming Agent: Diluted with water (either by volume or weight)1:40-1:60. Generally, increasing the foaming agent dosage yields better results.
Cement: Water content for cement (by weight)1:0.5---1:0.7. Generally, reducing the water volume is preferable; an experienced ratio is 1:0.55.
Please use the specified ratio range strictly. Feel free to experiment with other ratios.
2. For animal protein foaming agents, refer to plant-based cement foaming agents. Adjust the ratio of the foaming agent to water.1:20---1:40。
Note
1. Foam liquid straw length12 inches, be sure not to remove the filter to prevent impurities from clogging the pump.
2. Foaming Volume: According to our company's experimental data, the foaming volume is approximately100L/min, this data is for reference only. In experiments, it was found that there is a significant difference in the foaming amount among different manufacturers' foaming agents. This equipment can be used for comparative tests of foaming agent performance. Our company's experiment is with self-produced plant-based foaming agents, with a dilution ratio of approximately 1:60.
3. Regarding the production of foamed concrete: Mix the slurry in the mixing drum, then directly apply the foam onto the slurry, followed by stirring to blend the slurry with the foam to form foamed concrete. Note to minimize the foam stirring time and use low-speed stirring.
