Rebar Detector Pro

Rebar DetectPro is used for manual detection of rebar position, distribution, and orientation in concrete structures like bridges, tunnels, and walls, as well as for measuring the thickness of the protective layer, spacing between rebars, resistance to tie-rod interference, and switching between rebar types. It features one-handed, compact, and integrated operation for convenience and speed. It ensures precision drilling to avoid rebars during construction.

Rebar Position and Thickness Measurement: (Operation Method)

Slowly and evenly slide the instrument to the right. When the instrument does not detect a steel bar signal, the aiming box aligns with or shifts left or right from the centerline, showing no cross at the center of the square. As the instrument gradually approaches the steel bar, the aiming box first moves away from the centerline and then gradually approaches the centerline from the edge of the screen. When the instrument is directly above the steel bar, the solid-core square aiming box aligns with the centerline, and the indicator light in front of the screen turns red, accompanied by a beeping sound to indicate the detection of a steel bar. The steel bar thickness value is displayed at the bottom of the screen, and the number at the top right corner of the screen is the steel bar thickness value.

Rebar Diameter Measurement: (Operation Method)

Under the measurement interface, after determining the rebar location, press the side down key to directly measure the rebar diameter value.
