Product Features
Imported nozzles and600mm ultra-thick body design ensures the distance between the nozzle and the test piece, guaranteeing a continuous, stable, and even water curtain is formed on the surface outside the test piece with a pressure control range of not less than ±7000Pa. It is equipped with a movable nozzle that can create a 300m-long bay window during testing.◆The body structure is made of 100mm channel steel and 3mm steel plate, ensuring excellent compressive strength, and a unique 800mm small door is set on the side of the body to ensure accurate and reliable airtightness testing.
The equipment has been vibration-dampened.The laboratory only requires the installation of water and drainage pipes, as well as power supply, and it can commence operations without any delay.
Subgrade treatment. Pipeline layouts can be designed based on the laboratory's conditions.TransmittedSensors and equipment with automatic control functions offer the following advantages:
★ Employ computer-controlled pressure regulation systems for fluctuating pressure detection, providing real-time feedback on the testing situation.
★ Advanced data collection and processing system, capable of automatically analyzing test results and promptly providing accurate test reports.
★ Reports and original records are processed using Microsoft Word; users may modify and create their own formats, with report formats within the software for reference from the Construction Engineering Quality Supervision and Inspection Center.
★ The control and monitoring software is developed by experienced inspectors using the Windows 95/98/2000 platform and a mix of VB/VC programming. It features an easy-to-use, flexible human-machine dialogue interface for controlling the entire testing process. It utilizes an open Access 3 database management system, boasts strong compatibility, and can seamlessly connect with any management software interface.
★Automatically tracks and detects waveforms designed by computer.
