Chimney Tower: Primarily for the fixation of chimneys. The structural forms include four-column angle steel and three-column steel pipe structures, with the chimney fixed using a clamp. It mainly supports the supported pipe body with a steel structure support frame, with structural forms of self-supporting and tensioned line types. Widely used in chemical enterprises, oil departments, flammable gas emissions, etc., with a height range of 10 to 100 meters. The tower material is mostly angle steel and steel pipe.

Installation method for hoisting steel chimney tower frames, characterized by including the following steps:

1) A section of the steel chimney tower frame is installed using a 16-25t truck crane.

2) Easy Installation Hoisting Device: The lifting lugs of the easy installation hoisting device are fixed on the upper side of one section of the installed tower frame.

3) The second section of the steel chimney tower frame is hoisted into position using a simple hoisting device.

4) After the second section of the steel chimney tower frame is installed, lift the lifting lug and securely fasten it to the upper side of the installed second section tower frame. The materials for the third section of the steel chimney tower frame are lifted into position using a simple hoisting device; proceed in this manner until the entire steel chimney tower frame is fully installed.
