On March 15th, the First Hubei Province International Symposium on Safety Technology of Fine Chemical Processes and the Grand Opening Ceremony of the Continuous Flow Technology Joint Laboratory were grandly held at the Taohualing Hotel. The Hubei Province Continuous Flow Technology Joint Laboratory, jointly established by Hubei Jing Shen Safety Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Huihe Huade Biotechnology Co., Ltd., was officially launched in Xiling. Academician Ma Dawei, Director of the Academic Committee and Supervisor of the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Director of the State Key Laboratory of Life Organic Chemistry, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. Xu Ke, the General Engineer of the Hubei Provincial Emergency Management Bureau, and Wang Yuancheng, the Standing Member of the Municipal Committee and the Executive Mayor, jointly unveiled the Continuous Flow Technology Joint Laboratory. Hubei Province's First Precision Chemical Process Safety Technology Symposium and Joint Laboratory Unveiling Ceremony Take Place
The Continuous Flow Technology Joint Laboratory will focus on the development and industrialization of continuous processes, providing services such as feasibility论证 for the continuous transformation of batch processes for fine chemical companies, development of continuous process packages, customization of integrated functional equipment, and industrial-scale scaling. This will fundamentally reduce risks associated with intense reactions, high heat release, and the potential for safety accidents in certain fine chemical production processes, thereby enhancing the inherent safety level of enterprises.

Continuous Flow Technology Joint Laboratory Unveiled
Hubei Jingshen Safety Technology Co., Ltd. Chairman Huang Zhao Yun stated, "In collaboration with ComQuip to develop continuous flow technology, we aim to address the current safety concerns in the high-risk chemical process thermal reaction field. This is an accelerated practice to transform high-level scientific and technological achievements into real productive forces." Hubei Jingshen will fully leverage its advantages in long-term technical services for the chemical industry, act as a "connector," and, together with enterprises, universities, industry associations, and senior industry experts, build a bridge between industry and research. We will pool professional and innovative strengths to promote the transformation and upgrading of the chemical industry.

Ceremony for Signing the Collaborative Framework Agreement on Industry-Academia-Research Cooperation in Continuous Flow Technology
At the ceremony, the Xiling District People's Government, Hubei Jing Shen Safety Technology Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Huihe Huaide Biotechnology Co., Ltd.三方 jointly signed a framework agreement for the construction of a continuous flow technology industry-university-research cooperation. The agreement stipulates that Huihe Huaide will cooperate with Hubei Jing Shen to expand the market, and engage in in-depth cooperation on the development and engineering scale-up of continuous flow processes; the Xiling District Government will establish a special service team for the Jing Shen project, providing support in areas such as platform construction, scientific research projects, and talent attraction.

Following the ceremony, a symposium on safety technology of fine chemical process was held. Experts and scholars engaged in discussions and exchanges on the current safety status of fine chemical enterprises in Yichang City, the application of risk assessment data in fine chemical reactions, the current state and future prospects of micro-reaction technology.
