The top sunshade and rain shield are covered with 0.8mm stainless steel plate, while the bottom is sealed with 1.0mm stainless steel plate.

Column:

The column is made of a φ114 stainless steel round tube with a thickness of 2.5mm.

Section 3: Enclosure

Frame:

The transparent panel is made of 8.0mm thick tempered glass.

3. The combination of the transparent panel and the outer frame utilizes K-type 3×10 waterproof and dustproof pad gaskets, made of zinc plate.

Five: Enclosure and Frame Fit

The cabinet and outer frame are connected with hinges.

2. The housing and outer frame are now equipped with P-type 5x10 waterproof, dustproof sealing strips.

3. The frame is secured with hydraulic gas struts during opening and with a theft-proof case lock during closing.

Six: Bench seating

The stools are made from 1.5mm and 2.0mm steel plate sheet metal, followed by phosphatizing and outdoor powder coating treatment.

Public Bus Shelter Foundation Pre-buried Components

1. The tablet is constructed with a 10.0mm thick 380mm x 380mm carbon steel plate/column.

2. Vertical steel uses φ14×750mm×4 threaded bars/columns.

3. The connection between the flat and vertical steel is made by electric welding.

Section 8: Bus Shelter Foundation Concrete Mix Ratio and Pouring

1. Concrete ratio: 1:3:4. 2. Concrete poured in two stages.

All bolts in the bus shelter (except for the anchor bolts) are made of stainless steel.

The large light box measures 3500*1500mm, and the small light box measures 1500*1000mm.
