1. The quality of municipal hoarding is primarily determined by the sheet material. To differentiate between good and poor sheet material quality, examine the cut edge, bend it by hand, and observe the degree of deformation. The normal thickness of PVC sheets is generally above 0.7 to 0.8 centimeters, which is related to the ratio of raw material resin powder used.
2. The construction of the hoarding is complete. Check the seamless connection between panels and ensure the straight lines are aligned in a single line; it is required that no gaps be left between the panels, meaning there should be no visibility of the in-progress work from outside. Red lights or safety reflective cones should be set along the hoarding for night-time warning.
During installation, check if the color of the boards is consistent. There are ten boards per batch. The color, brightness, and texture of qualified municipal hoarding are all uniform. If there are color discrepancies, it is largely indicative that recycled material was used.
