Hazardous waste incinerators significantly impact our living environment. These wastes must be treated before being released. How should this be done? Waste gases, liquids, and solids are the main culprits of environmental pollution. The dangers of high-risk chemicals include: destroying ecological environments, affecting human health, and limiting sustainable development.

The production units of hazardous waste are relatively complex and consist of many entities. One type is non-industrial waste, such as waste batteries and fluorescent light tubes generated in daily life, as well as some hazardous waste produced by laboratories in scientific research institutions. These are relatively scattered. How can we effectively achieve unified centralized management, especially for hazardous waste generated by residential households?

Typically, we employ incineration pyrolysis processes using incinerators, rotary kilns, secondary combustion chamber incineration for industrial hazardous waste, and gasification furnaces for domestic waste treatment.

Waste solids enter the incinerator, where they are flipped, turned, and propelled forward within the rotary kiln. The bottom of the secondary combustion chamber is equipped with three fans to enhance the combustion of ash and slag, cool the slag, and achieve cold slag.

The flue gas enters the rapid cooling deacidification tower, completing the neutralization and dust removal process of acidic substances within the tower, cooling the high-temperature flue gas to approximately 200°C. The flue gas undergoes an optimized activated carbon adsorption, bag dust collector, and dehumidification process, and is then emitted through a 35-meter-high chimney.

The environmental protection industry is continuously improving production technologies, producing a large number of waste incinerators and other facilities to handle hazardous waste. These are well-designed and properly managed, preventing environmental pollution, conserving energy, and are essential equipment for social development.
