The XD-63 vacuum pump is a single-stage scroll-sealed oil pump, operating at pressures from 200pa to 9000pa, capable of extracting dry gases. It is easy to install, maintain, and has strong self-priming capabilities. The XD-63 vacuum pump is composed of components such as the pump body, rotor, front and rear covers, blades, bearings, and couplings. The rotor is eccentric within the pump body. When the pump is in operation, power transmitted through a belt pulley or power take-off is via the shaft, causing the eccentric blades within the rotor to rotate and extract air from the sealed tank, creating a vacuum. This vacuum utilizes the pressure difference between atmospheric pressure and the air pressure inside the tank to draw liquids into the tank, achieving the purpose of collection and transportation. The沼气真空泵 can be installed on agricultural three-wheeled carts, trailers, tractors, agricultural vehicles, and heavy trucks.
The XD-63 vacuum pump is mainly used for modifying suction trucks. The modified suction truck, equipped with this pump, tank, and pipes, extracts air from within, achieving the suction and removal of flowing slurry and other liquids. This pump is widely used in the cleaning equipment of sanitation departments.
The XD-63 scroll vacuum pump is an improved model, primarily featuring a Babbit alloy convex sleeve to maintain a reasonable gap between the scroll and pump body at all times. This design avoids the noise and friction-induced high temperature caused by centrifugal force during high-speed rotation, enhancing the pump's vacuum level and service life. Ensure that the vacuum pump is not oil-depleted.
XD-63 Vacuum Pump Performance:
To operate a sewage suction truck's vacuum pump, it's crucial to understand its working principle, with the most important aspects being the source of power and stability considerations. The power for the vacuum pump comes from the truck's engine, which transmits power through the transmission, take-off unit, and drive shaft to the pump. During suction, the vacuum pump extracts air from the sealed tank, creating a vacuum, and uses the atmospheric pressure outside the tank to force waste into the tank through the suction hose. During discharge, the vacuum pump pushes atmospheric pressure into the tank, utilizing air pressure to expel waste out of the tank (the continuous working time of the vacuum pump is generally no more than 30 minutes).
The air flow sequence in the gas line is as follows: During the suction process, the vacuum pump draws in moist air from the tank into the water-gas separator. Here, the water is separated and returned to the tank, while the gas follows the pipeline into the vacuum pump's intake. Inside the pump, it mixes with lubricating oil, is compressed, and then discharged through the exhaust port. Particularly, the mixture is initially separated by a coarse filter, and the separated oil returns to the oil pump. The mixed gas then goes through further separation in the oil-gas separator and is finally discharged into the atmosphere through the four-way valve. Manually operating the four-way valve allows for the change in air flow direction, enabling easy suction and exhaust.
After each operation of the vacuum pump on the sewage suction truck, a corresponding inspection of the truck should be conducted based on the varying intensity of each operation, with consideration for the truck's working life and the efficiency of the first two operations.
XD-63 Vacuum Pump Performance:
The product features three utility models, representing our company's high-performance, high-tech innovation: 1. "Overflow Prevention Valve for Vacuum Pumps"—The overflow prevention valve is a critical component in the operation of vacuum pumps. After implementing our solution, when the vacuum pump is running and the tank is filled with fecal sludge and wastewater, the sludge and wastewater will not overflow into the overflow valve outlet and be drawn into the vacuum pump, ensuring the normal operation of the pump and providing excellent protection for the entire pipeline system. 2. "Strengthened Rotor"—In traditional vacuum pumps, the internal rotor and shaft are separate parts, and due to errors in processing and assembly, the pump may experience vibration, jamming, and noise during operation, making it difficult to achieve high vacuum levels and lowering the pump's performance indicators. Our product employs a design that avoids this issue.
3. "Oil Storage End Cap" — Traditional vacuum pumps are prone to friction, causing the oil temperature inside the pump to rise, which can lead to a severe situation where the inner ring and the boss on the end cap become stuck. Structural modifications have been made to prevent this occurrence.
Proper Installation, Operation, and Maintenance Tips for the XD-63 Vacuum Pump:
The pipeline must be free of any gas leaks; otherwise, the sewage truck will not be able to function.
2. Suction trucks should be equipped with anti-overfill devices for the large tanks; otherwise, fecal wastewater can easily be drawn into the vacuum pump during use, damaging the entire system.
3. The oil-gas separator of the sewage suction truck is connected to the secondary oil-gas separator return port, and the oil suction pipe is made of rigid pipe or rigid oil-resistant rubber hose (steel wire braided hose). Plastic pipes that deform when heated are not permitted.
4. When using the new sewage pump, directly add 1-2 liters of N32 mechanical oil into the pump. In cold areas of the northeast and northwest, add 32-degree antifreeze oil instead.
5. A water-gas separator should be installed at the pump's suction port.
