Sludge Pump Safety Precautions:

1. Handle with care during installation; no hammering or striking is permitted.

2. Pre-fill the pump with approximately 200 milliliters of clean vacuum pump oil before use.

3. Select the flange installation according to the direction indicated by the red arrow. Incorrect rotation will not allow for vacuum extraction and may also damage the pump.

4. Upon the first use of the vacuum pump, please operate at no-load low speed (less than 300 RPM for 2 minutes) and then check for any leaks and heat-up conditions in the pump body.

5. After the new pump has been in operation for an initial 10 hours, replace the lubricating oil. Thereafter, change the oil every 50-100 hours. If the vacuum pump is siphoning, has water intrusion, or the engine oil has deteriorated, replace the engine oil immediately.

6. Regularly check the vacuum pump oil tube for clogs and promptly address and rectify any other issues.
