1. It's crucial to consider anti-corrosion materials, even for high-quality stainless steel pipes during installation. They should not come into direct contact with cement or concrete. When pipes are concealed, it's advisable to wrap anti-corrosion tape around the pipe exterior or use plastic-coated thin-walled stainless steel pipes. Alternatively, wrapping the stainless steel pipes with two layers of polyethylene tape, then wrapping two layers of asphalt paint and glass fiber plastic cloth can also provide effective anti-corrosion protection, helping the pipes withstand more severe natural corrosion.
We will install compensation devices. When laying stainless steel pipes, it is also necessary to properly configure expansion and contraction compensation devices with supports. Fixed supports or movable supports are both acceptable, with the purpose of controlling the expansion and contraction direction of the pipeline.
3. When installing stainless steel pipes, it is crucial to use compatible accessories. Whenever possible, opt for piping materials and fittings from the same supplier to avoid installation difficulties due to discrepancies in data specifications between different models. This is a point that project engineering companies must pay special attention to.
