The cone roller is a hydraulic cone three-roller rolling machine. Frame: machined by a boring mill, ensuring assembly accuracy, concentricity, and parallelism. The base and frame mating parts are precision machined to improve assembly accuracy, equipment operation accuracy, and lifespan. The frame is the main load-bearing component of the machine, requiring sufficient strength and rigidity. It is made of a whole steel plate welding structure, with the welds strictly inspected and vibration时效 treated to eliminate internal stress. The left and right uprights are fixed to the base with screws, connected by rods in the middle to ensure the frame remains in an accurate position.
