If solid material gets trapped between the impact plate and the housing, it is recommended to slightly lift the impact frame before re-adjusting the gap. This will loosen the solid feed, making it easier to adjust the frame. If the impact frame is insufficient, gently tap on the loose tie rod (protected by a board), and the gap between the rotor and the impact plate will be adjusted by the machine's adjusting device.

The upper part of the machine directly falls into the high-speed rotating disc; under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it collides at high speed and is highly crushed with another part distributed around the disc in an umbrella-like manner. After mutual impact, the stone material forms a vortex movement between the disc and the machine shell, causing multiple mutual impacts, friction, and crushing. It is directly discharged from the bottom. This forms a closed-loop multiple cycle, controlled by the screening equipment to achieve the required particle size.
