SpiralOil Press MachineOperation Guidelines: Apply lubricant to all parts as required, check for tightness of components, operate the handle, and ensure the plug-in is flexible. Manually move the large belt wheel, inspecting for any looseness or jamming. In case of anomalies, promptly address them by loosening the lock nuts, turning the press screw shaft to the dead point, then back, and then forward by half a turn to maintain the gap between the press screw and the cake outlet. Adjust the belt tension. The belt wheel that drives the feed material turning shaft is a two-slot sprocket. If excessive slagging occurs, use the smaller sprocket. Open the electrical box door, place the power and air switch inside to the ON position, start the motor, and check if the rotation direction of the large sprocket matches the marked direction.
After the oil press is turned on, the feeding should be slow and even; the initial feeding should not be too aggressive or inconsistent, otherwise it may cause machine accidents such as blockage and jamming in the extrusion chamber. The initial feeding should be thicker when feeding out the cake. After normal feeding, the machine temperature should reach 150-200 degrees Celsius before the material cake can be poured into the hopper for normal pressing. After the machine runs normally, observe the cake output. If no cake is produced, you can pull out the extruder screw by 1-2 turns. If the cake still does not come out, the machine should be stopped for inspection, and remember to avoid reversing the machine. Manually rotate the large belt wheel in reverse a few times before restarting. After the fault is resolved, proceed with the pressing. During normal operation, the cake should be 1-2 millimeters thick, in a tile-like shape, not sticky when pinched, with a wrinkled surface, and no oil stains on the surface.
