For instance, roasting is a highly experienced-based step that requires operators to judge the quality of the oil material based on its appearance and texture. If the roasting does not reach the specified temperature or if it's overcooked due to exceeding the time limit, the oil yield from agricultural oil presses will be reduced. In such cases, it's crucial to study roasting knowledge, understand the appropriate roasting time and degree, and identify the aspects that indicate successful roasting. Once the basic operations are mastered, restart the roasting and oil pressing process. After the material is roasted to the required level, pay attention to the speed of feeding the material, as this can also lead to reduced oil yield. The normal practice should be to maintain a steady, continuous feeding rate, ensuring that the press chamber is neither empty nor overfilled.
