Before the Hengtong oil press is ready to press oil crops, it should be idled for 3-5 minutes. Then, feed the oil cake or a small amount of raw material evenly. The purpose is to increase the temperature in the pressing chamber through friction, while simultaneously observing and adjusting the gap at the outlet. Avoid uneven feeding to cause the oil press's load to surge suddenly and lead to blockage. Generally, oil can be extracted at a body temperature of 60 degrees Celsius, and normal operation can be conducted when the outer shell feels too hot to touch. Improper operation can affect the oil yield and the quality of the oil.
