(1) Equipment Location: The reactor should be installed in a high-pressure room that meets explosion-proof requirements. When equipping multiple reactors, they should be placed separately, with safe explosion-proof walls separating every two reactors. Each operation room should have access to an outdoor passageway and an exit. Good ventilation should be ensured at the equipment location when explosive media are present.

Upon unpacking the equipment, inspect for any damage. Assemble the device according to the structural diagram based on the model, and ensure all components are accounted for according to the packing list. If the heating method is electrically heated by thermal oil, purchase the corresponding type of thermal oil based on the operating temperature (note: thermal oil *** must not contain water). Add the oil by opening the filling port at the top of the jacket and the oil level port in the upper part of the jacket. Pour oil through the filling port until oil starts to flow from the oil level port. Then, tighten the oil level port but do not tighten the filling port to avoid pressure buildup.

(3) Vessel Body and Lid Installation & Sealing: The vessel body and lid are sealed using gaskets or tapered surfaces against arc-shaped surfaces. A good seal is achieved by tightening the main nut to press them together. When tightening the nuts, they must be tightened in a diagonal, symmetrical, and step-by-step manner, applying even force, and ensuring the lid does not tilt to one side. The tightening torque must not exceed the specified range of 40~120N.M to prevent damage or excessive wear to the sealing surface. The sealing surface should be handled with care. Before each installation, clean the upper and lower surfaces with a soft paper or cloth to avoid scarring. Proper operation can result in tens of thousands of uses. If the sealing surface is damaged, it must be re-machined and repaired to restore good sealing performance. When removing the lid, lift it up slowly to prevent the sealing surfaces from colliding. If using a gasket seal (PTFE, aluminum, copper, asbestos, etc.), a good seal can be achieved simply by tightening the main nut.

(4) Valves, pressure gauges, and safety valves are installed by tightening the male and female threads, achieving a sealed effect. The circular sealing surfaces at both ends of the joints must not rotate relative to each other. When assembling all screw joints, it is necessary to apply a lubricant or a mixture of oil and graphite to prevent seizing. Valve usage: The needle valve features a line seal, and simply turning the valve pin gently will press the sealing surface tightly for excellent sealing performance. Excessive force is prohibited to avoid damaging the sealing surface.

After the equipment is installed, fill it with a certain amount of nitrogen to maintain pressure for 30 minutes. Check for any leaks. If leaks are found, use soapy water to locate the leak points along the pipelines and pipe openings. After identifying them, release the gas, tighten the connections, and then refill with nitrogen for another pressure retention test. Ensure there are no leaks before commencing normal operations.

(6) During the cooling process, internal cooling can be achieved by passing water through the cooling coils. Rapid cooling is prohibited to avoid excessive temperature difference stress, which may cause cracks in the cooling coils and vessel body. When the vessel temperature exceeds 100℃ during operation, the water jacket between the magnetic stirrer and the vessel cover should be supplied with cooling water to ensure the water temperature is below 35℃, in order to prevent demagnetization of the magnetic steel.

Safety Device: Utilizes a positive-arched metal blast plate made of stainless steel, manufactured in accordance with the standard GB567-89 "Technical Conditions for Arch-shaped Metal Blast Technology." The device has been tested upon shipment and should not be adjusted arbitrarily. If it has been blast-damaged, it must be replaced. The replacement period is determined by the user based on their specific circumstances. For those that have not exploded but exceed the designated blast pressure of the blast plate, replacement is required. When in regular use, the pressure should not exceed 80% of the blast plate's lower limit. When replacing, ensure the blast plate's convex surface faces upwards.

After the reaction is complete, first cool and lower the temperature. Then, release the gas from the reactor into the outdoors through the pipeline to reduce the pressure to atmospheric pressure. It is strictly prohibited to dismantle under pressure. Next, unscrew the main bolts and nuts symmetrically and remove them. Carefully remove the reactor lid (or lift the lid) and place it on the support. Pay special attention to protecting the sealing surface during the lid removal process.

(9) Vessel Cleaning: After each operation, clear away residues from the vessel body and sealing surfaces using cleaning solution (be cautious to avoid corrosion of the main materials when using the cleaning solution). It is essential to clean regularly and maintain cleanliness; hard or rough surfaces should not be used for cleaning.
