The welding of the heat dissipation tubes to the water pipes should be firmly bonded. (3) The paint film on the surface of the finned radiator is smooth, flat, and even; no bubbles, accumulation, drips, or missed spots are permitted; the thickness of the undercoat should not be less than 15μm, and the paint film thickness should not be less than 60μm.
