Requirements for Sand and Gravel Desulfurization Machine Installation and Trial Operation
1Installation of equipment
(1)Basic Line Layout: Benchmarks are laid out based on process arrangement and equipment dimensions.
(2)Established Foundation: Indoor flooring surface is level, with elevation error not exceeding2mmNo Chinese content provided.160mm。
(3)Dust Collector Installation: First, install the lower body on the embedded steel plate using support legs according to the process orientation, adjusting it horizontally with shims. Then, weld it securely to the embedded steel plate. Connect and secure the screw conveyor to the lower body. Next, install the upper body shell, align it with the lower body, and weld it firmly. No air leakage is permitted during operation.
(4)Wind Turbine Installation: Before installation, carefully inspect for any deformation, damage, or looseness during transportation. Proceed only if no issues are found. Secure the shock absorbers beneath the support brackets, ensuring each shock absorber is adequately supported.
(5)The installation of the de-starch machine: Determine the installation height and orientation of the de-starch machine based on the height and position of the discharge belt conveyor, and securely fix it with channel steel supports.
2Pipe Connections: Securely weld the pipes connecting the deduster to the dust collector, and the dust collector to the blower, etc.
3Pilot operation
After installation and inspection are approved, a trial run can be conducted. The main contents of the trial run are as follows:
(1)Inspect fans and screw conveyors to ensure they turn smoothly and without any jamming.
(2)The fan's rotation direction must match the arrow direction marked on the fan body, the screw conveyor's rotation must align with the discharge direction, not opposite, and check if the spray system is functioning properly.
(3)After equipment installation, lubricate all lubrication points with an appropriate amount of lubricating oil, then conduct a trial operation.4-8Hour(High-speed)Inspect the lubrication conditions of all bearings; only upon successful trial operation can they be put into production.
Once all system equipment is operating normally, feeding can proceed. When parking, stop feeding first, then after a few minutes, shut off the motor and fan.
