This series of classifier is designed and manufactured in compliance with the new standards for cement-producing countries, aiming to effectively collect particles ranging from 3 to 32 micrometers. It fully considers the three main factors affecting the classifier's operational efficiency: dispersion, separation, and collection.
Material Dispersion: A newly designed uniform material cone above the screw-type spreader pan ensures even distribution and thorough dispersion of materials across the spreader pan.
Material Grading: The grading area is sufficiently large, well-prepared for accurate flour selection.
Material Collection: The newly designed cyclone chamber eliminates secondary dust generation and boasts exceptionally high collection efficiency.
For wear-prone areas, we use sturdy steel liners, and even adhere durable ceramics, significantly extending the service life.
Closed-circuit system features
The secondary air is extracted from the system's return air duct, ensuring that fly ash in the closed-loop system is unaffected by external weather conditions. This significantly reduces the impact of external air humidity and temperature on the separation efficiency and quality of the fly ash.
The system does not incorporate a large dust collector bag, instead opting for the XFB type two-stage separator. This ensures the dust concentration at the fan inlet is less than 20g/Nm3, thereby reducing the wear on the fan.
