The inclination angle of the dust-proof plate in explosion-proof dust collectors must not be less than 70 degrees. This effectively prevents the phenomenon of dust accumulation due to a too small angle between the two side walls. A slip plate must be effectively welded onto the adjacent side plates to eliminate dust deposition.
If the explosion-proof deduster is not operated normally or if the humidity of the dust handled is too high, its ash hopper may become damp and blocked. During the design of the hopper, the wall panels of the high-temperature deduster are equipped with steam pipe insulation or tubular electric heaters to effectively prevent dampness in the ash hopper.
The internal of the explosion-proof dust collector requires the use of its anti-static filter bags, primarily because during operation, the high concentration of dust directly rubs against each other in the flow process, causing the dust to effectively generate static electricity by rubbing against the filter cloth.
Static accumulation directly generates sparks, which can immediately cause combustion. For dust removal of the equipment, needle-punched polyester felt is used in the filter bags to effectively eliminate insufficient static generation. Conductive metal wires or carbon fibers are directly spun into the fabric of the filter bags.
Anti-explosion dedusting filters are mainly connected through their porous plates and steel frames during the installation of filter bags, then directly connected to the vehicle's grounding grid via the housing. This method provides excellent performance for filter bags used in reverse blowing dust cleaning.
