Baghouse dust collectors consist of filter bags or dust collectors using pulse-jet cleaning. Depending on the installation method, baghouse dust collectors can be categorized into inclined insertion, side-mounted, suspended, and top-mounted types.
The filter cartridge dust collector's electrical control box cover must not be opened at will during operation. If adjustment of the dust cleaning time is required or if the circuit needs to be inspected, the machine should be turned off and the power supply disconnected before proceeding with the work.
Section two: Dust collector bags should be cleaned regularly based on the nature of the dust and the capacity. Cleaning involves the timer controller sequentially triggering the solenoid valve, releasing compressed air (0.5-0.7 MPa) through the spray holes (known as primary air) and passing through the Venturi tube to induce several times the surrounding air (known as secondary air) into the filter bag. This causes the filter bag to急剧 expand momentarily, and the reverse airflow causes dust to fall off, achieving the cleaning purpose.

When cleaning or removing the dust inside the collector, simply open the sealed ash discharge door when the fan and cleaning mechanism are stopped, allowing the dust to fall into the ash hopper, drawer, or directly onto the conveyor belt.
To ensure that the dust removal equipment operates effectively, it should be positioned as close as possible to the source of dust generation, ideally between 1.5 to 2.0 meters. The connecting pipes should be kept as short as feasible, and bends should be minimized to avoid increasing resistance.

Users should, based on the shape and size of the workpiece, the nature of the dust, and following the principles of general, close, smooth, seal, and design, fabricate an ideal dust collector hood.
Six. Before operation, the filter tube dust collector should check the inspection door, ash outlet door, and air duct connection system for proper sealing to prevent leaks and reduce dust collection efficiency.
The filter bag dust collector operates on a three-phase AC voltage of 380 volts. Once the power is connected to the external wires from the single machine dust collector, it can be used. Initially, pay attention to whether the fan is rotating in the correct direction (if it reverses, the air volume will be very low, and the power line connection method needs to be adjusted).
