1. Threaded immersion right-angle electromagnetic pulse valve. A sufficient amount of sealing tape should be wrapped around the external thread of the blowing tube. If the original tape is used on the internal thread of the electromagnetic pulse valve, it can carry the raw tape, which can make the operation difficult upon entering the valve.

Before installation, clear out any debris from the airbag and blowing tube, ensuring there are no foreign objects inside or outside.

3. During installation, apply lubricant to the O-ring of the electromagnetic pulse valve. The O-ring of the electromagnetic pulse valve should not be removed first and installed on the blowing tube, as it cannot guarantee a seal.

4. To protect the electromagnetic pulse valve, install a filter and pressure regulator in the airbag tube filled with compressed air or inert gas. Additionally, fit a drain valve at the bottom of the airbag to ensure a clean and dry compressed air supply. Regular cleaning should be conducted according to operating conditions.

5. The diameter selection of the airbag intake pipe is not appropriate, resulting in insufficient pressure to supply air in a timely manner, and the valve is unable to spray normally.

7. The security airbag system provides adequate pressure and checks for leaks (you can use soap water to inspect the airbag's leak interface).

8. During the system debugging phase, we are testing the jet sequence of the electromagnetic pulse valve, monitoring the operation of all pilot valves to ensure they are functioning properly, and checking the clarity of the pulse sound.

9. Due to security reasons, it is absolutely impossible to supply air pressure to the security airbag until all valves are securely installed within it. Do not attempt to move the installed valves when the system is under pressure.
