I. Product Overview:
The A3NF series three-screw lubricating oil pumps are designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB10887-89. A three-screw pump is a positive displacement rotor pump, primarily operating on the principle of screw meshing. It relies on the rotating screws meshing within the pump casing to enclose the medium being conveyed within the meshing cavity, then continuously and uniformly pushing it along the screw's axial direction to the discharge outlet, providing a stable pressure for the system. Suitable for conveying various non-corrosive oils and similar lubricating fluids, the viscosity range of the fluid typically ranges from 3.0 to 760 mm²/S (1.2 to 100°E). High-viscosity media can be transported after heating to reduce viscosity. The temperature generally does not exceed 350°C.
