On April 18th, in response to a renowned industrial machine tool manufacturer in Taizhou, Zhejiang, the company successfully fulfilled the supply contract on time. The first shipment delivered 21 units of the AS33-XT3 central drain system and the A3SS-XT3 high-pressure machine tool central drain cooling filtration system. These systems were independently researched, designed, and developed over more than a decade. In machine tool processing production, they achieve chip breaking, chip removal, tool cooling, and coolant recycling and filtration. They effectively resolve issues such as CNC machine tool robot chip entanglement, tool overheating, frequent tool retraction, coolant waste, and workpiece processing accuracy, significantly enhancing manufacturing efficiency and precision. The products and technology are at the forefront both domestically and globally.
The A3SS-XT3 Center Drainage System utilizes our core component, the A3MT-E High-Pressure Screw Pump, capable of reaching 70bar pressure and a maximum flow rate of 30L/min. It provides a precise and stable medium output with minimal pulsation and noise. The system is equipped with multiple filtration devices, including a vortex separator, bag filter, and pipeline filter, with a filtration accuracy of 10-25μm. It comes with an integrated control cabinet that operates independently. Suitable for CNC machine tools and imported machine tools with added center drainage function, it can be operational without modifying the existing machine operation program upon electrical connection. The PLC control cabinet can be switched to other control modes, such as the AKP module or relays. The XT3 is configured with a pressure-reducing overflow valve, allowing manual adjustment of any pressure value from 0 to the selected option. Standard overflow equipment ensures that cutting fluid does not overflow the reservoir in case of a liquid level controller failure or other emergencies, maintaining the cleanliness of the machining site.
