The usage of PE displacement pipe: Instead of excavating the entire road, construction workers first create working pits at both ends of the construction pipeline. The surrounding walls of the working pits are reinforced with cement. Once ready, a pipe bursting machine cuts the old pipeline fragments and pushes them into the surrounding soil to form a pipeline bore, while simultaneously pulling in a new pipeline (same or larger diameter) for pipeline replacement. This black technology, commonly known as "static pipe bursting," has the following advantages compared to the traditional "open-cavity" method: 1. Wide applicability of pipelines (HDPE, steel, cast iron, cement pipes), catering to the renovation of old and outdated pipeline facilities, meeting both structural upgrades and expansion needs; 2. Local excavation of work pits. This pipeline replacement differs from previous construction methods, with simple and easy-to-implement construction operations, reducing road excavation and impact on public transportation; 3. Utilizes hydraulic equipment, with low noise, minimizing disturbance to residents; 4. Small construction footprint, fast construction speed, short project duration, effectively reducing engineering costs, improving service performance, and benefiting the later maintenance of facilities.
