Upon receiving an order: In certain cases, the customer only provides electronic documents and sample boxes. This requires the design team to inspect the sample boxes and fine-tune the electronic documents to minimize printing challenges while meeting the customer's requirements.
In another scenario, when the client provides the film and sample boxes, it becomes a bit simpler. Regardless of the situation, our first step is to determine the type of printing the box features, the number of colors it's composed of, the material it's made from, and the surface treatment—whether it's glossy or matte film coating, UV varnishing, hot stamping in gold or silver, and whether there's a skylight or handle. We also need to assess if the box is glued or stapled and whether packaging and shipping methods are required. Then, we quote the price based on the client's order quantity.
New Order Issuance: The order processor meticulously adheres to the customer's specifications, diligently noting details such as the customer name, order number, quantity, product structure, finished size, machine size, material name, paper count, and corrugation requirements on the production process.
The Three-Check Process: Carefully inspect the film, base material, and original copy according to the production engineering order, ensuring that the developed PS plate content is free of any loss, dirt spots, or horseshoe marks.
Four Printing: Carefully read the production engineering sheet and prepare the paper, ink, PS plate, and original copy. Compare the original copy to prevent errors and eliminate them before they occur. Adjust the ink color to match or closely resemble the original copy, and control the ink-water balance. Edit the plate to remove dirt, scratches, and unwanted text or patterns, ensuring a clean and crisp layout.
