1. Ensure that the网点is not blocked and the amount of ink transfer does not decrease; this will prevent any color changes in the printed products. In case of a plate blockage, please clean the plate with a detergent and take appropriate measures to address the cause of the blockage.
2. Ensure that the plate is not worn down. If wear causes the dot size to decrease and become fainter, it will affect the ink loading capacity of the dots. If the plate wears down, the overall color will become lighter. If the white plate wears down, the white ink will not load enough, resulting in insufficient coverage of the base material's color. A new plate must be made and reissued.
3. Inconsistency in printed pattern colors. When multiple patterns are arranged horizontally on the layout, there may be a discrepancy in color at the ends of the images. During the printing process, particularly when full-page solid colors are used, electro-engraving can easily cause changes in dot size from left to right. Therefore, it is important to inspect the printing effect differences at both ends of the printing cylinder.
4. Design the print layout reasonably. When arranging the layout, consider the impact of the post-printing process and plan the color scheme in advance.
5. Factors in the printing environment. If there are significant changes in the temperature of the printing workshop, the flow state of the ink will change. The temperature in the production workshop is generally controlled around 24 degrees Celsius, with humidity around 60%. In winter, it is necessary to pre-heat the ink to ensure better fluidity upon application, allowing the ink to open up quickly and spread evenly.
6. Printing Conditions. When the layout is exposed to wind, changes in printing speed and drying speed can lead to a color variation in the printed product.
