Jet Spinning and the Features of Its Products:
High spinning speed. Jet spinning employs air twisting without high-speed rotating components (such as steel rings in ring spinning), achieving high-speed spinning with speeds up to 120-300 meters per minute, with each unit's output equivalent to 10-15 times that of ring spinning.

2. Shorter production process. Jet spinning requires two fewer processes than ring spinning, saving about 30% of factory space. Compared to ring-spun yarn, it reduces labor to 90 workers per 10,000 spindles, a decrease of about 60%, and the consumption of machinery and materials is about 30% lower. Routine maintenance costs and workloads are also reduced.

3. The product quality is excellent and distinctive. The overall evaluation of the air-jet yarn quality is favorable, with its yarn strength being 5-20% lower than ring-spun yarn, while all other quality indicators surpass those of ring-spun yarn. The physical properties of the air-jet yarn, such as the evenness CV value, coarseness and fineness, and yarn defects, are also superior to those of ring-spun yarn. The amount of hairiness above 3mm is less than that of ring-spun yarn, although the yarn strength is lower. However, the uniformity rate of strength is lower than that of ring-spun yarn. Suitable for use in new looms like rapier and air-jet looms, it can increase the production efficiency of the loom by more than 2%.

Jet spinning quality, similar to ring spinning, also boasts uniqueness. Jet yarn has a higher coefficient of friction and the yarn has directional properties, as does its friction performance. Its wear resistance is superior to ring spun yarn, but it feels harder.

4. Wide variety adaptation. Jet yarn is suitable for both knitted and woven products, offering a broad range of applications. Common uses include: knitted T-shirts, which feature even and full fabric surfaces, minimal skewing and streaks, few yarn imperfections, resistance to pilling, coolness, breathability, and strong three-dimensional effects; bedding items, utilizing the good yarn evenness and firmness of jet yarn, can achieve a smooth fabric surface, thick and sturdy feel, and good breathability; leisure products, such as reversible casual wear and sportswear.
