Fabric Repair and Weaving Precautions:

1. Light, white, cotton lycra, heavy flannel, natural recovery fabrics: snake skin yarn cannot be blown with hot air; use tweezers to pick from the reverse side to avoid leaving repair marks. 2. When repairing yarn in the fabric, it should be done after the fabric is softened and before pre-shrinking to ensure there are no repair marks. 3. For dyeing fabrics into snake skin color, blowing the snake skin yarn should be done after the entire dyeing process is completed, before rolling up for the best effect. 4. For dark cotton fabrics, snake skin yarn can be blown off with hot air; for coarse and thick fabric, do not perform the water washing process after blowing with hot air, as the snake skin yarn may reappear. 5. After fabric is heat-set, unremovable yarn defects will stick to the threads, making it difficult to repair and prone to pilling or breaking after repair. 6. After polyester cotton varieties are finished, it is difficult to remove yarn defects, such as: after bleaching and picking out defects, the fabric surface may leave color stains; avoid using hot air to blow out defects during dyeing to prevent shrinkage and deformation of the fabric.
