Uniformity Control of Greige Yarn Weight: Instead of adjusting the vacuum (weight) based on the average weight of 3 segments of greige yarn tested once per cotton carding machine, adjustments are made based on the average weight of the previous 9 segments (including the current shift's 1-day total) and comparing it to the allowable deviation to determine if the adjustment exceeds the limit. Strive to control the greige yarn's quantitative weight to prevent it from running for an extended period in the upper or lower deviation range of the standard weight.
